Eat A Healthy, Balanced Diet

Eating a healthy, balanced diet can help to prevent strokes, heart disease, and other conditions. Ensuring you have at least five portions of fruits and vegetables each day means your body gets the nutrients it needs. Eating wholegrain foods and those that are full of fiber can also be very beneficial.

Did you know that you don’t need to cut anything out of your diet? You can still enjoy the food you love. All you need to do is make sure you have everything in moderation so you stay healthy.
